Low Carb/ Keto Friendly Holiday Treats

Two of my sisters came over on Sunday to do some holiday baking and while they made fudge and toffee, I baked up two Low Carb/ Keto Friendly treats!
Here are the recipes:
Five Minute Magic Cookies
These Five Minute Magic Cookies take all the flavors of my popular Magic Cookie Bars and turn them into a cookie that mixes up in only 5 minutes. With chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and walnuts these are my new favorite easy recipe!

1/2 cup Swerve granulated sweetener
*
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips ( i used Lillys)

1/2 cup walnuts (or other nuts of your choice)

1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
2. Stir together the butter and coconut cream until smooth. Add the sweetener and egg yolks. Mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Use a mini muffin tin with liners then scoop into these ( if you do them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper that is fine too but they will get a little oozy ;) Muffin tins seem to work best. Press down to flatten the tops.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Low Carb/ Keto Snickerdoodles
* 1/2 cup softened salted butter
* 3/4 cup Swerve granulated sweetener ( or erythritol but Swerve is my fav)
* 2 Tbsp Swerve granulated sweetener
2. Mix all of the cookie ingredients in a medium sized bowl until it forms a dough.
3. Roll the dough into 16 balls.
4. Combine the cinnamon & sweetener in a small dish.
5. Roll the balls in the sugar mixture until well coated.
6. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a spatula.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
8. Remove and cool slightly before serving.
