Yes you read that right! 

I had to share this exciting news with you! Prüvit started talking about this five years ago. We knew that it had to be good, it had to be enjoyable. But we also knew it had to be high quality. Food is everything, it’s something that we consume each and every day.

Maybe you're not a big fan of going to the grocery store ( or maybe you're just sick of it). Maybe you don’t want to prepare and cook food every night of the week. Or maybe you're like me and say  if it's done for me and it's healthy - I'll eat it. It makes it mindless, one less thing for me to think about.

A lot of people have heard of meal prep, it's been happening for years. Sure, there are local companies that do it. But to do it on a massive scale, with really clean food that is organic, fresh, and delivered to your doorstep on a nationwide scale…

Homemade Chocolate Granola

Chocolate and granola- two of my favorite things!! And so why not combine them together for a grain-free keto granola so you can have something delicious for breakfast or a healthy snack! 


Here is the recipe! I wasn't sure if the whole family would like it since it doesn't have oats but they did!

Chocolate Granola



1 cup almonds

2/3 cup pecans

2/3 cup walnuts

1/2 cup hazelnuts

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

2 T raw cacao powder

2 scoops ( 1/2 cup) of your favorite protein powder ( chocolate or plain) OR an egg white protein powder

1 large egg white

1/4 cup coconut oil, butter or ghee

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan or sea salt


Optional: 1/4 cup granulated Swerve or 10-15 drops liquid stevia

5 Ingredient Snowball Keto Christmas Cookies

You’ll want to bake these 5 ingredient cookies! Yes, 5 ingredients!

They are sugar free, buttery and so delicious! Nobody will know they are healthy or keto! 



  •   2 ½ cups almond flour
  •   ¾ cups powdered erythritol, divided
  •   ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  •   ½ cup butter, softened 
  •   2 teaspoons vanilla




  •   Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  •   Add the almond flour, ½ cup of the powdered erythritol, and sea salt to a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the softened butter and vanilla and mix until a soft dough forms
  •   Using a tablespoon, scoop the cookie dough and roll into 26 balls. Place them on 2 baking sheets, spacing 1-inch apart.
  •   Bake for 10 minutes then let cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack. Dust with the remaining ¼ cup of powdered erythritol.

Sunday Breakfast: Shakshuka

Have you ever made shakshuka? Shakshuka is a dish consisting of eggs poached in a spicy sauce of tomatoes and other vegetables. OMG it is so good, low carb and it's easy to make! Kevin & I made this recipe last weekend and loved every bite so I had to share it with YOU!! Happy low carb cooking! Oh and guess what? Shakshuka is awesome for breakfast or even dinner! I love meals like that don't you? 



Makes 4 servings

  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 ½ cups fresh baby kale
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Recipe of the Week: Low Carb Jack O'Lantern Stuffed Peppers

Halloween's just a few weeks away! Are you so excited?


These Low Carb Jack O' Lantern Stuffed Peppers are such a fun and delicious idea to make for a party or family night in! 




1 T olive or avocado oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 lb lean ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce, divided

2 T fresh parsley, chopped

4 large orange bell peppers



*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

*Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened and begins to brown. ( 3-5 minutes) Add beef, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes, until it loses its pink color. Remove from heat. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup of the tomato sauce and the parsley.

Chicken Pizza Bake

You will love how easy this recipe is to make. It's perfect for busy weeknights and it's keto-friendly! 


4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 jar of your favorite low- carb marinara sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Pizza toppings of your choice ( pepperoni, italian seasonings, italian sausage, banana peppers, red or green peppers, red onion, etc) 


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Season, cook and shred the chicken. 

Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. 

Place the shredded chicken in the dish. 

Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and stir to combine. 

Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the chicken and sauce. 

Add your favorite pizza toppings. 

Rop with remaining cheese. 

Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
