CHANGE UP YOUR MORNING WITH THIS BREAKFAST SALAD

Yes you read that right....breakfast and salad in the same title! For real guys- this can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner!! It is so good, it's super easy & it's low carb!

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
5 ounces organic mixed greens
2 T olive or avocado oil
A dash of himalayan salt and a dash of pepper
1 avocado, thinly sliced
A handful of grape tomatoes, halved
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
 
Directions:
Soft boil the eggs ( to do this, add water to a saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil, out the eggs on to softball, turn the heat down to med-high and cook for 6 min)
While the eggs are cooking toss the greens with the oil and season with s & p. Divide that between two bowls.
Top the greens with the avocado slices, grape tomatoes and bacon.
When the eggs are done, peel them , cut them in half and place two halves on top of each salad. Season with a little more s & p and serve! Enjoy!
