For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
For the filling:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Gruyére, grated
- 6 Organic Eggs
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions for the crust:
1- Preheat the oven to 325F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.
