Low Carb & Delicious Cinco De Mayo Recipes

May 02, 2019

Cinco de Mayo is always a great reason to get together with friends and enjoy awesome food! Do you agree? As fun as going to restaurants can be, I prefer cooking from home on this particular day! If you want to create a fun festive and delicious day at home too, here are some of our family favorite recipes!

Jalapeño Margarita

I had to start off with a cocktail! And I have some sweet news! This is a skinny version of a  jalapeño margarita- which is what I usually order when we go out!! This recipe is easy and super refreshing! Cheers!

  • A fresh lime wedge and kosher salt to rim the glass
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces of your favorite silver tequila — about 3 tablespoons
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice — about 1 large or 1 1/2 small limes; I don't recommend using bottled lime juicer- the flavor will be way off if you do.
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice — about 1/2 small/medium...

Would pure therapeutic ketones work for me?

Apr 30, 2019

Have you ever wondered "Would pure therapeutic ketones by Prüvit be good for me and help me feel better?"

I wondered the same things almost a year and a half ago and I am so happy I was able to hear other people's stories and that I have added them into my lifestyle. I remember my friend Natalie sending me this video that explained how they work and right away I knew I had to give it a try! I am not a “diet” kind of gal so I am insanely grateful that i can get ketones into my body exogenously! Biohacking is a pretty new thing and this biohack is one of my absolute favorites!

Rather than tell you stories I want to show you! I am visual and auditory learner myself so CLICK HERE to watch interviews with several Prüvers, to get up close and personal on what their experience means to them. ( you can go through different age groups which is awesome.)

After you check them out I would LOVE to hear from you! Email me ...
