TIPS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR KETO MAX & KETO NAT

The wonderful thing about taking exogenous ketones via Keto MAX &  Keto NAT is that you can experience the benefits of ketones without diet modification. Yep! It’s true!
 
You don’t have to follow a totally strict ketogenic diet when you drink pure therapeutic ketones! Even those who don’t change a thing, will still experience the benefits. However, it is encouraged that you slowly begin to follow a lower carbohydrate diet, and enhance your body’s ability to utilize- in fact when you drink ketones you will most likely experience less hunger and want to eat real food- that is what happened to me and many others.
 
Here are some simple steps to get you on the right track so you can experience BETTER with ketones in your body: 
 
1- Take 1-2 servings of Keto Max or Keto NAT day!
If you take two a day, take the first between 6-9am and then second around 1-4pm. If you take one a day, take it around 10 or 11 am. And drink it over a 15-30 minute period.
 
2- DRINK MORE WATER.
Try to drink 1/2 to 1 ounce of water per lb of body weight. Maybe even spruce it up with fresh lemon, cucumber or mint! (Min. 10 – 8oz. glasses of water)
 
3- ELIMINATE REFINED SUGARS
Stay away sugary foods and drink (No soft drinks- sorry but they are really bad for ya and I want you to feel OPTIMAL not crappy)
 
4- ELIMINATE FLOUR, WHEAT & GRAINS
And try to stay away from gluten as much as possible. Stick to leafy greens for sources of carbohydrates.
 
5- INCREASE YOUR HEALTHY FATS
Drink Bulletproof coffee or coffee with Keto kreme (fat infused) with your tea or coffee in the morning.
 
6- HAVE YOUR FIRST MEAL BETWEEN 11AM-1PM
Limit yourself to 100 grams of carbs a day.
(Make them healthy carbs – leafy greens are the best)
If you are ambitious and you want to use a KetoLife guide line, here is a simple guideline: Stay within a % fat/protein/carb ratio: Beginners / Athletes: 65% Fats / 25% Protein / 10% Carbs
Advance KetoLife: 80% Fats / 15% Protein / 5% Carbs
 
7- EAT YOUR LAST MEAL BEFORE 8PM
If you absolutely need to eat after, make sure it is fat only.
 
8- MOVE YOUR BODY MORE
Workout, run, walk, go to yoga, do pushups, take the stairs, walk the golf course etc. Just move that beautiful body of yours at least 30 minutes a day! Your body and mind will thank you! For me- ketones give the me the energy i need to move more - i have a feeling you will experience a similar feeling! 
 
BONUS: GET SOME GOOD SLEEP
Our bodies need time to rest, restore and recover so turn off your phone or the tv and lay your pretty head on your pillow!
