TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY

I absolutely LOVE getting texts from friends and customers who share their journey   ( or as we often call it their " better story") with me because it gets me super pumped up and excited for them!!!!!! I share about ketones because i know how awesome they are for all of us- for our brain health and overall wellness! You might know this already but I was the girl who was skeptical and didn't want to believe that i needed a real change!  For at least two years I stayed stuck, I continued to eat low fat, live off bars and shakes and suffer from stomach aches, crappy sleep, low energy, major brain fog and more!

Finally I had enough. I knew there had to be a better way to feel better & more alive! That's when I learned about the ketogenic diet so i dove in. I LOVED how i felt in ketosis but as with all diets i quit pretty soon after I start. They stress me out and i cannot sustain them. To me the word diet is a four letter word. ( can i get an amen?)  When one of my girlfriends and mentors mentioned exogenous ketones on her podcastand interviewed Dr. Dominic D'Agostino I was sold! Like i totally remember listening and thinking 'omg I need to drink ketones!' Were ketones the norm, were they trendy or what everyone was doing at the time? Nope. But i didn't care- I knew I had to give them a try!

It's been over a year and I have felt more vibrant, alive, happy, energetic, mentally focused and better than i have in so long! Oh and those stomach aches that I thought were normal don't happen anymore! Removing what wasn't working and replacing it with a much better fuel has brought me so much joy and getting to share ketones with others and to help them change their health and lives too is amazing!
