Breakfast + Pizza= Two of my favorite things! Are you with me?

This recipe is very popular at our house. I've made it for years and now that our two kids are out of our house and on their own, they are making it too! Yay! 

It's easy, quick, delicious and great for ANY MEAL really!! Oh and if you don't want meat- just substitute the pepperoni with veggies! Enjoy! 

Keto Breakfast Pizza


  • 2 large eggs, beaten well
  • Italian seasoning
  • 2 slices of tomato, quartered
  • 4 slices pepperoni, in halves
  • 1-ounce mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Salt and black pepper
  • if you'd like you can add other toppings like mushrooms, spinach, sausage and a little oregano.


  1. Grease 8-inch round skillet ( I use my cast-iron pan and it works great!).  Heat the pan over medium heat. Move the oven rack so that it's 6 inches under the broiler. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Pour the eggs into the hot pan.
  3. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning along with the salt and black pepper.
  4. When the eggs have started to set on the bottom, top with the tomato slices, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Cover the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes to fully cook the eggs. Remove from the heat.
  5. Place the pan under the broiler for 1minute to lightly brown the cheese. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't overcook. 
  6. Enjoy!
