5 Minute Keto No Bake Cookies

If you're like me you get a sweet tooth from time to time! Since drinking ketones it doesn't happen as much but if and when it does I whip up these 5 minute cookies and they totally do the trick! Can I get a "Woohoo!"? If you have kids they can totally help you make these and chances are likely that they will like them as well! 

5 Minute Keto No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

2 tablespoons real butter ( we use Kerrygold) 

2/3 cup all natural peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)

1 cup unsweetened all natural shredded coconut

4 drops of vanilla stevia (or sweetener of your choice)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder 

Directions: 

In a microwave safe dish, melt butter.

Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add cacao powder and mix in. 

Add stevia and coconut. Mix well.

Scoop 2″ spoonfuls onto a sheet pan.

Freeze for 5-10 minutes.

Store in a sealed bag and be sure to refrigerate. 

If you do not store refrigerated they will be sticky.
