Raise your hand if all the years of making egg salad you used mayo! I know I did until recently! Using avocado instead adds is delicious and getting in that healthy fat is awesome!
4 hardboiled eggs
Pink Himalayan salt
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 butter lettuce cups
2 radishes, thinly sliced ( optional but this added crunch is so good)
Hard boiled the eggs. When cooled, remove the shells.
In a medium bowl, chop the hard boiled eggs.
Add the avocado to the bowl and mash the flesh with a fork. Add the salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Place the 4 lettuce cups on two plates. Top the lettuce cups with the egg salad. Add the sliced radishes on top.
Serve & enjoy!
*If you can't find butter lettuce, romaine hearts work great too!
*If you want to add chopped red onion or crisp bacon to this recipe they are delicious additions!

I am often asked these questions:
"After being with Beachbody for 8 years, I am curious why left Beachbody and decided to move over to Prüvit?"

And so I thought i would share the answers to these and other questions with you this month using videos I shared over on my YouTube Channel! I hope they help!

Cinco de Mayo is always a great reason to get together with friends and enjoy awesome food! Do you agree? As fun as going to restaurants can be, I prefer cooking from home on this particular day! If you want to create a fun festive and delicious day at home too, here are some of our family favorite recipes!
I had to start off with a cocktail! And I have some sweet news! This is a skinny version of a jalapeño margarita- which is what I usually order when we go out!! This recipe is easy and super refreshing! Cheers!
Have you ever wondered "Would pure therapeutic ketones by Prüvit be good for me and help me feel better?"
I wondered the same things almost a year and a half ago and I am so happy I was able to hear other people's stories and that I have added them into my lifestyle. I remember my friend Natalie sending me this video that explained how they work and right away I knew I had to give it a try! I am not a “diet” kind of gal so I am insanely grateful that i can get ketones into my body exogenously! Biohacking is a pretty new thing and this biohack is one of my absolute favorites!
Rather than tell you stories I want to show you! I am visual and auditory learner myself so CLICK HERE to watch interviews with several Prüvers, to get up close and personal on what their experience means to them. ( you can go through different age groups which is awesome.)
After you check them out I would LOVE to hear from you! Email me ...
If you're like me you get a sweet tooth from time to time! Since drinking ketones it doesn't happen as much but if and when it does I whip up these 5 minute cookies and they totally do the trick! Can I get a "Woohoo!"? If you have kids they can totally help you make these and chances are likely that they will like them as well!
2 tablespoons real butter ( we use Kerrygold)
2/3 cup all natural peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
1 cup unsweetened all natural shredded coconut
4 drops of vanilla stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
In a microwave safe dish, melt butter.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add cacao powder and mix in.
Add stevia and coconut. Mix well.
Scoop 2″ spoonfuls onto a sheet pan.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
Store in a sealed bag and be sure to refrigerate.
If you do not store refrigerated they will be sticky.
Easter is one of my favorite holidays! The reason for the holiday is amazing, it's springtime so the weather is gorgeous, it's a great reason to get together with family and friends and of course the food is amazing!
For years we have ordered our ham from Honey Baked Ham or Whole Foods because our kids love it but we always do our own sides and desserts so today I thought I would share some of the ones we will be making this coming weekend. If you are hosting Easter dinner or you have to bring something to a party hopefully one or two of them will look good to you!
Deviled eggs with bacon are in my opinion, amazing! If bacon isn't your thing- no big deal- ditch it! They are still so good and great for parties!!
